When you order from LA Discovery you are ordering from a small business.  We care a lot about what we do.  We want you to be happy with your product.  If for any reason this isn’t the case, we are here to help you.

If you would like to return your purchase this but must be done within 14 days of receiving your order.  We are happy to provide you with a full refund or credit note, less any shipping cost paid.  Any items returned outside of this period it is up to our discretion whether we refund or if a credit note is provided. 

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for shipping costs on returned items. 

How to return an order

To start with, please send an email to info@ladiscoveryshop.com with your full name and order number.  All items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging. 

Boxes must be sealed with clear or brown tape.  Please do not use branded tapes as this is not considered in resellable condition and we may not be able to credit you.

LA Discovery cannot accept any responsibility for any items which are lost or damaged in transit.

All returns must be sent at your own expense and we are unable to refund the original delivery cost (unless of course the item is faulty).

Refunds may take up to 14 working days to arrive back into your account.  We reserve the right to refuse to refund if original product packaging is not in a resalable condition.  

Furniture Orders

For large items and furniture orders there is a collection fee of $35.00 and returns may take up to 3 weeks to organize.  Please contact our sales team at info@ladiscoveryshop.com who will be able to help you with any questions.
